王辉坡，1979年7月生，博士，博士后，教授，硕士生导师。2002年6月本科毕业于哈尔滨工程大学国际金融专业，2006年3月毕业于哈尔滨工程大学产业经济学专业，获经济学硕士学位，2007年6月研究生毕业于哈尔滨工程大学管理科学与工程专业，获管理学博士学位。现任职于河北工程大学。
